If you receive any damaged or incorrect coffee products in your order, please contact us immediately. We will require details of your purchase and a photo of the item(s) to assist with verifying the claim. Upon successful validation, we will either provide a replacement or initiate a refund for the affected items.
You may request a cancellation before your coffee order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the order will need to go through our standard returns process. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible with your order details.
We accept returns of unopened and unused coffee pouches within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive instructions on shipping the items back to us.
Refunds will be issued once returned coffee items have been inspected and approved. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process depending on your payment method. Please note that any shipping fees incurred during the return process are non-refundable.
